Quan's team members have spent many years building teams and running start-up companies. We have experience on both sides of the board table and significant spheres of influence within our domains. Our portfolio companies find that we are accessible and deliver on commitments.

We actively add value to our portfolio companies both inside and outside of the boardroom, including assistance in:

• Identifying and addressing strategic challenges.
• Customer introductions, recruitment, peer monitoring at trade shows, product transitions, etc.
• Understanding current market and technology situations based on our close tracking of these topics in our domains.

We will ask for board representation. We have now have exited all Quan II holdings, leaving only two board commitments between the three General Partners. This leaves significant capacity for all three GPs to sit on and contribute to several start-ups’ boards for the upcoming Quan III fund.
