We strongly believe in data-driven venture investing. Quan invests only when we have the knowledge to accurately assess risk and returns, and where we can help guide our portfolio companies to success.

All General Partners must agree to make an investment. We are deliberate in our due diligence process. We often begin monitoring companies well before they are looking for money, allowing us to make a timely investment decision when the opportunity arises. We encourage entrepreneurs to contact us as early as possible in their fund raising process.

We will invest from $250k initially up to $10M over the life of an investment. We can bring in other quality investors with whom we have worked in the past if more funds are needed. Our initial investment is normally a seed investment or Series A round, and occasionally recapitalizations of existing start-ups.
