We invest on a sector basis, looking for the best opportunities irrespective of locale. We have successfully capitalized on the increasingly global distribution of high-tech start-ups in Quan I and II. Quan III will continue this strategy with our main office in Silicon Valley and a satellite office in Switzerland.
