Edward Schneider is the founding General Partner of Quan Ventures. He has successfully invested in a variety of IT sectors, with a focus on wireless tracking (RFID) and payment systems. Ed has served on several boards in both Europe and America, including Media Lario (a Quan III company). He has 20 years of investment management experience, including six years managing equity mutual funds and an external venture capital portfolio at Lloyds TSB Bank (Switzerland) prior to founding Quan. He also co-founded a Geneva-based biotechnology startup. Ed holds a CFA designation, an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, and a BA in Economics from Emory University.
